FABRIK EUROPE transforms an authentic German industrial landmark into a permanent European presence for selected international brands. Show your products in Germany. Meet European customers. Keep control of your sales relationship. And, where required, use FABRIK EUROPE as your European storage and logistics base.
European architects, dealers, project developers and private clients decide with their eyes and their hands. They want to see the finish, the weight, the light, the joint — in person, in Europe. FABRIK EUROPE gives your products a permanent address in Germany where that experience is possible at any time, without you building your own European showroom and logistics infrastructure from zero.
Your brand is presented as a brand, not as an anonymous product line in a catalogue. Dedicated space, your identity, your material story, staged inside an authentic industrial building that is itself part of the presentation.
The commercial relationship can remain yours. Product consultation, pricing, quotations and the order may stay directly between the European customer and your company. We create the physical experience and, where agreed, the operational layer behind it.

03 — The Campus
Industrial heritage.
Built for the next chapter.
FABRIK EUROPE occupies an authentic concrete factory from the 1950s: a structure built when German industry rebuilt itself with confidence and generous proportions. Board-formed concrete frames, tall halls, and vast steel-framed industrial glazing that fills the interior with even northern daylight.
Preserved industrial details — original structure, floors, steel and patina — are kept rather than covered. The architecture is not a neutral container; it is part of how products are perceived. A stone basin, a lighting installation or an outdoor collection reads differently in a hall like this.

Schonungen, next to Schweinfurt in Northern Bavaria, sits in the centre of Germany — a region shaped by engineering, manufacturing and logistics, and long connected to European road and rail corridors.
For a manufacturer entering Europe, a central German address is not decoration. It is the place where dealers, specifiers and project partners can realistically travel to, and where goods can move onward across the continent.

08 — Partnership
Four brands. One destination.
FABRIK EUROPE is deliberately limited to three or four strong, complementary manufacturers. A crowded building would dilute every brand inside it.
Limitation is the concept. With three or four partners, each brand receives real space, real visibility and a serious share of attention from every visitor — instead of competing with a hundred exhibitors for a few seconds.
As an illustration of the intended configuration, a selected brand could receive in the order of 400 m² of dedicated exhibition space plus around 400 m² of warehouse and logistics space. The final configuration is defined together with each partner.
A performance- or commission-based cooperation can be discussed as an alternative to conventional showroom rent, depending on category, scope and the operational modules used. Category exclusivity within FABRIK EUROPE can also be negotiated.

Made in China. Experienced in Europe.
Strong manufacturing is only half of a European market entry. The other half is physical presence, reliable local execution and communication that European buyers trust.
FABRIK EUROPE is operated locally in Germany, with direct involvement of the manufacturer in how the brand is presented. Where useful, established contacts with Chinese business organisations in Germany may support introductions and communication. This is a working network, not an official chamber partnership.
The intention is straightforward: your production quality, presented and supported on European ground, at European standards of service.
